Seeking Roommate To Share Condo

I have a furnished private bedroom and private bath available. My unit has a water view and is located on the first floor. in the Township of Coconut Creek. WiFi, washer/dryer and use of the kitchen, living room and patio are all included in the rent. There is also a pool in my condo. I am a very clean, organized and respectful person and would like the same qualities in my roommate. I also have a good sense of humor. My roommate is required to pay a fee of $50 to my condominium for a background check and complete an Occupancy Agreement (I had to do it too!.)

I will require payment upfront of the first month's rent and the last month's rent. I am willing to work with the right person if they need to pay the last month's rent in a few payments.

PLEASE NOTE: Open-bed trucks or motorcycles are NOT permitted due to my condo's regulations--sorry!.
Also, I have one cat, just in case you are allergic.
