Room: Bedroom is more like a suite-- a large double-room on the middle floor of the brownstone that has a bedroom area and a living area, all separated from the hallway by a door. Includes a closet, a tall window that overlooks a peaceful backyard area, and a shared bathroom.

Besides the room, there's a spacious living room with a television and dining alcove and a shared kitchen (including dishwasher).

Us: We're two women and one man (all very friendly!) with staggered and varied work schedules. Non-smokers, no pets, professional and motivated, open and inclusive. Everyone is tidy and extremely respectful of each other's belongings and space. This is a calm and peaceful house.

Landlady: Lives downstairs and is quick to respond to our questions/needs.

First/last month's rent required to move-in.

Utilities are approx. $65/month.
