Seeking a roommate in Windsor Terrace

Building Type: Character-filled rowhouse with only three units (we are on the top floor).

Access: Two flights of stairs (walk-up).

The Room: One large room located at the private, quiet back of the apartment.

Large and very sunny with two windows. It was painted by my current roommate and can be repainted any color you choose but you would need to purchase the paint and do the work.

Note: There is no built-in closet. You would need to provide a hanging rack or wardrobe for clothing.

Furnishing: My current roommate is moving abroad, so there may be an option to rent the room mostly furnished.

Shared Spaces: Access to a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom.

Laundry: No laundry in the building, but several laundromats are conveniently located nearby.

Windsor Terrace is a quiet, highly desirable, and family-oriented neighborhood known for its great location and peaceful atmosphere.

Convenience: Right across the street from a Walgreens and a grocery store!

Green Space: Just a few blocks away from the entrance to Prospect Park and the historic Green-Wood Cemetery.

Transportation (F Train):

Located conveniently between two F train stations: 15th St. - Prospect Park Station and Fort Hamilton Parkway Station. Both are just a few blocks walk.
