We have a bedroom for sublease on the boarder of Windsor Terrace and Kensington in Brooklyn. Looking for a respectful, clean female only roommate to fill the master bedroom with 2 other female roommates in their 20’s, as our current roommate is moving out.

⁃ 2 large windows with lots of sunlight

⁃ A built in closet

⁃ It can easily fit a queen bed, a dresser, etc.

⁃ Room comes with a window a/c

⁃ Shared bathroom

⁃ Spacious Kitchen/ living area

⁃ Laundry in basement

⁃ Right next to the F/G train

⁃ Grocery/ Delis across the street

⁃ Post office on our same block

⁃ Prospect park is about a 15 minute walk away

⁃ Restaurants, Dunkin’, Walgreens, etc a 5 minute walk away

-Preference til may 2026, with possibility to extend.

Roommates:

Michelle and Cassidy are both in there mid to late 20’s. Both are dancers, dance teachers, and work in the fitness world. We both have very busy schedules but love to find time to hang out together

Rent:

$1310 per month with utilities been roughly $40-$70 depending on season (a/c usage runs the bill higher if you choose to use)
