I've lived in NYC since 2006, grew up in Ohio and attended Ohio University.
I work as a freelance producer and bartend 2-3 days a week in the area.

I'm clean but not picky about small things. I will leave something on the table, but dirt isn't my friend.
420 Friendly outdoors, respectful of others. I love to garden and play softball in Prospect Park.

Prior to living here, I successfully & legally Airbnb'ed my second bedroom for 3 years just down the block until my landlord sold the building.

This is my favorite neighborhood in all of New York City because of its proximity to nature, great food, cultural events and amazing neighbors.
