LGBT/BIPOC Friendly Room in Windsor Terrace

My roommate and I are looking for a BIPOC & LGBT friendly roommate to join our Windsor Terrace apartment. Plenty of natural light, walking distance from Prospect Park, Greenwood Cemetery, the F/G, groceries, laundry, parking, local shops, and more. The interior is large and features a marble floor kitchen&bath and the rest hardwood throughout. Counter space and storage is abundant. The living room smart TV is complete w all streaming platforms. We additionally have a full sized dining room.

The bedroom gets plenty of natural light and can comfortably fit a full size bed, desk and is furnished w a large black wardrobe.

All three roommates use the shower, but as our third roommate has a half-bath as part of his room, all other uses will be shared with only one roommate (me). The room also features a bidet to reduce worries about toilet paper sustainability,

The home is decorated w colorful fish and features a porch for gardening, smoking, grilling and sitting in the sun !
