Rent: $2,150/month + $249 monthly membership fee

Room: Furnished private bedroom in a shared apartment

Apartment: Shared apartment with 4 residents

Location: 186 N 6th Street, right in the heart of Williamsburg, surrounded by bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops. Just a short walk from the waterfront.

Transportation: L train just around the corner, with quick access to Manhattan.

Amenities: Rooftop, fully furnished room, and a great international community with plenty of young people to meet.

Availability: November 1st, 2026

Lease: Lease takeover with approximately 11 months remaining. Outpost will need to approve the new tenant.
