I'm leaving NYC to travel, and my room needs someone new. It's a big, bright bedroom (about 11.5' x 13.5', ~155 sq ft) with two windows, a closet, an AC unit, a ceiling fan and hardwood floors. The shared living room opens onto a balcony with lots of light.

The apartment: 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom. 3rd-floor walk-up with a dishwasher, on the south side of McCarren Park, right by the track. A laundry service is across the street and a laundromat is a block away. It's an 8-minute walk to the L and G (Lorimer St / Metropolitan Av).

Roommates: two friendly guys in their late 20s, social but respectful of quiet time.

- New lease directly with the landlord, Dec 1 through July 2027 (some flexibility on the start date)
- The landlord needs photo ID, proof of employment, a landlord reference and a credit report. A guarantor is fine if needed.
