Amazing Room in 3BR w Private Bath in Williamsburg

My roommate Matt and I (mid-20s) are looking for somebody to join our 3 bedroom in Williamsburg on 130 hope street. Its super nice (I've toured like a million places).

Has good light, big commons space, everything in unit / building with easy access to the trains. It's around 3000 a month with a private bathroom but we're going to try to get it down. Matt has a boyfriend and I have a girlfriend who are both super sweet and sometimes will come over.

Matt: Moving back from SF for a new finance job, but I went to NYU so I'm not new here. Training for a marathon, and generally trying to stay active (running, hiking, climbing, skiing, etc.). Otherwise I'm usually out with friends, my boyfriend, cooking, or doing needlepoint. Have a hybrid job and will be working remotely a few days a week.

Jackson: Also went to NYU, I run a conference on sustainable farming, work for a soil science company, climb, and teach boxing in Williamsburg. I'm very active and work remotely, enjoy hanging with friends & girlfriend, exploring new places, going out etc. I love my space clean and I'm pretty down for anything.

We're hoping to make the apartment a nice place to come home to so happy to chat more about our habits etc.
