Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bed, 1.5 bath apartment in Williamsburg November 1 (some flexibility on dates I'm willing to discuss) for a 6 month lease with possibility to extend. I’m 31M, gay, and primarily work from home (I go to the office a few times a month). The bedroom in the pictures would be unfurnished at move-in. Most of the common-area furniture is mine but making some updates with my roommate moving out. Your share of the rent would be about $2211, not including utilities (which tend to be $200 a month).
