We are looking for a new roommate who will take over the beautiful master bedroom suite of our currently shared two-bedroom apartment, as my brother is moving out to start-up his business by October 2026. This is a third-floor walk-up which comes fully furnished in all of the common areas, including a kitchen with dishwasher and a living room with large Samsung TV. This available bedroom comfortably fits a queen sized bed along with desk, nightstand, dresser and wardrobe, comes with its own heating/AC unit with remote, and also has a private balcony which even has direct views of the Empire State Building! The individual room will be provided unfurnished, however we can coordinate to arrange receiving any furniture items upon sufficient advance notice provided and at the mover's expense. Private washer/dryer laundry shared with only one other unit on the same floor. Very close proximity to multiple B48 & B60 buses and J & M trains, and just a short walk from the Metropolitan/Lorimer L train. Excellent location, perfectly suited for lovers of food from all cuisines. Great value!
