Room for lease takeover — Williamsburg 2BR w/ private roof deck, $2,175/mo

Looking for someone to take over my room at 601 Lorimer St (Williamsburg), unit 3F. Lease through April 2027, move in ASAP.

The room: $2,175/mo, bright with two windows, exposed brick, big closet. Unfurnished, but I'm moving so happy to sell you furniture pieces.

The apartment: exposed brick, hardwood floors, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, spiral staircase to an upstairs lounge with projector, and a PRIVATE roof deck with string lights and outdoor seating.

Roommate: one 30-year-old guy, clean, friendly, keeps to himself.

This is a real lease takeover, not a sublet — you'd apply through the landlord (Tenant Alert application: ID, proof of income, bank statements). After approval: $400 admin fee + my share of the security deposit. Nothing paid before approval.
