Hi everyone! I'm looking for someone (female/nonbinary) to take over my roommate's lease in my 2bed apartment in prime Williamsburg starting September 1st.

Rent:$2950/month (EACH)

Location:
- Prime Williamsburg
- 6 min walk to L & G trains (Bedford Ave)
- McCarren Park is around the corner
- Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shops

Apartment/Building:
- 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
- Brand new apartment, I was the first tenant in this unit.
- Brand new appliances/dishwasher/central AC in each room.
- Laundry room in the building.

About Me:
I'm Bianca and I'm 27 years old from the Bay Area. I've absolutely loved living here. It's a super nice apartment with a lot of natural light. I work in the tech/events industry and work a hybrid schedule.
I'm looking for a roommate with a similar vibe: someone clean, communicative, and easygoing. I like having quiet time to unwind after work, but I'm definitely up for being social on weekends. Ideally, I'd love to find someone I can genuinely be friends with — and build a comfortable, safe home together 🙂
