We’re right on Metropolitan, so expect normal avenue car traffic. We’re also right next to a bar that gets pretty lively on Friday and Saturday nights (and occasionally mid-week), playing music until around 2 AM.

If you’re a light sleeper who needs dead silence at night, this probably isn't the spot for you. But if you thrive on neighborhood energy, don't mind living right above the bar, or work night shifts on the weekends so the noise won't bother your schedule, it’s a great setup in an incredible location.
