Spacious Williamsburg 3 BR Apartment; Seeking 1 Easygoing Professional Roommate

We are two gay male working professionals looking for a third roommate to join our home in Brooklyn. We're hoping to find someone who is a great personality fit as much as a responsible roommate.
The apartment is a spacious two-level duplex with plenty of room to spread out. It includes:
- Available bedroom on the main floor
- 2 full bathrooms
- 2 separate living rooms
- 1 large kitchen
- Private patio/outdoor space
- 2 Floors (main level + finished basement)

About us:
We're both professionals with typical 9-5 schedules, working a mix of remote and in-office. During the week we're focused on work, but we also enjoy making the most of living in NYC. We like trying new restaurants, checking out nightlife, cultural events, traveling around the city, and hosting friends at home. We keep the apartment clean and respectful, while still wanting it to feel welcoming and lived in.

Who we're looking for:
Ideally another gay male working professional who's responsible, communicative, and easy to live with. We'd love someone who's social, enjoys having friends over from time to time, and appreciates a home that's both relaxed and friendly. We're looking for someone who values cleanliness, respects shared spaces, and wants to contribute to a positive, comfortable living environment.
