I'm looking for a chill, easygoing roommate to take over a 12-month lease with me. :)

About the apartment:

• Private bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment (3rd bedroom will be used as storage for now)

• Room is small (10x7) but the location is amazing! On a quiet street right between Driggs and Bedford on S 2nd

• Laundromat is a 7 min walk from the apartment

• Close to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and tons of cool restaurants & coffee shops

• 10 min walk to the M or the L train

About me:

• I'm 26, working in wholesale at a luxury fashion company (in-office job, so I'm out and about most weekdays)

• Super easygoing, respectful, and clean — I like the apartment to feel like a place to relax and recharge after a long day

• Love being out and about, hanging with friends, exploring the city

• Into cooking, reading, and music

• I have a cat! 🐱 So a cat-friendly roommate is a must

Looking for someone who:

• Has an in-person job and their own routine — happy to be friendly without needing to hang out every day

• Is clean, respectful, and not looking to bring the party home

• Wants to help make the space feel cozy and homey
