Looking for a clean, respectful roommate in their early to mid-20s to join our 4 bed, 2 bath apartment in Williamsburg.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of 6-story building, with the available bedroom located on the lower level of our two-story unit. The room fits a queen bed, has a large window with plenty of natural light, hardwood floors, individual AC units in each bedroom, a dishwasher, shared laundry in the building, and a rooftop with great views of the NYC skyline.

- 3 blocks from McCarren Park
- C-Town grocery store is a 7-minute walk away

About us:
We're three young professionals (ages 23–24). Two of us are traders and one works in accounting. The apartment is generally quiet during the week since we all work early, lights are usually out around 10 PM. We're friendly and happy to chat or hang out occasionally, but everyone mostly does their own thing and respects each other's space.

We're looking for someone who:
- Cleans up after themselves
- Pays rent on time
- Is friendly, respectful, and independent

The building is quiet, our neighbors are great, and we've never had any issues with other tenants.
