The apartment is located in an elevator building with a part-time doorman, laundry room in the building, and a large private terrace with a grill. The bedroom has its own A/C, private closet, good natural light, and access to a semi-private bathroom (located in the living room).

The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and well cared for. English and Spanish are spoken, and the home is LGBTQ+ friendly.
