One year lease takeover, Williamsburg, $3600/month

Hello! I am moving out of the country for one year and am looking to either sublease my apartment or just switch the lease over for one year only. My landlord has agreed for me to find a substitute tenant, the details are below.

Prime location on Roebling and 5th st, 4 minute walk to the subway and Bedford avenue, laundromat 4 minutes away
Rent will be $3600 a month not including utilities. Move in date is August 1 2026, lease length is one year.
1 bedroom, 1 office/closet space, 1 living area, 1 bathroom, 1 full kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, full fridge and freezer, stove top.
Great storage, 3 closets with one wall to wall closet. I am super flexible about the furniture, I would plan on leaving behind the main furniture such as the couch, the TV, the bed, the mirrors, the tables and chairs, the dresser, however my clothes and basically all personal possessions would be gone. I would leave behind a cooking set, knives, plates, cups, curtains, silverware, etc. Again this is really flexible, I can remove as much as needed if requested.
