The Apartment & Room:
Looking for a third roommate to join our lease for the next cycle. This is a fantastic 1st-floor apartment in the heart of Williamsburg, situated a quick 7-minute walk to both the Bedford L and the Metropolitan/Lorimer L/G stops. Because this place has been passed down through a friend group for years, the rent is very reasonable for the neighborhood.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer.

The absolute highlight is our private backyard—it is huge (over 100 sq ft) with tons of space for a grill, hosting friends for casual hangouts, or growing a garden.

The available bedroom comes unfurnished and has plenty of space to comfortably fit a queen bed, a desk, and a dresser, plus it has a large closet. You will be sharing one of the bathrooms with me.

About Us:
You’ll be living with two guys in our late 20s (Georgia Tech grads). We work in consulting and data analytics—Shivam works fully remote, and my schedule is project-dependent (hybrid/in-office). We’re relatively new to the city and love exploring NYC, checking out live music, and keeping a relaxed, friendly environment at home.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and communicative about shared spaces. We’d love a roommate who is down to occasionally grab a drink, watch a game, or grill in the backyard, but also completely respects everyone’s need for downtime and a quiet space during the workweek. If you have your own routine but want a friendly, collaborative home vibe, you'll fit right in.
