Room available in Williamsburg OG loft building

Hello, room available in a 3 bedroom apartment in one of Williamsburgs original loft style buildings starting August 1st. Located on North 4th st near Bedford Ave, It’s in a convenient location with Whole Foods across the street, and several great restaurants, bars, gyms, venues and shops in close proximity. Located just a few blocks from the Bedford L train entrance, and not far from McCarran Park and several piers and parks along the river. The building has a new laundry room and will have an outdoor roof gym for our use in the coming months. . The apt is one of the last remaining loft building in Williamsburg and sits in the middle of the building so there are no windows that face the streets, the apt only has skylights. . THIS ROOM HAS NO WINDOWS but is very quiet and cozy. See images- the room will be empty except for the desk and shelves, but there is a full-size mattress you can use). Two of the three rooms in this apartment do not have windows, but there is a very large skylight in the living room. . There is WiFi, AC, heating, full kitchen and 1 VERY large bathroom with a tub. Utilities typically come out to about 100-150$ a month per person. We are a quiet but friendly apt with respect for cleanliness of the house. . There will be no animals living in the house but they are welcome as long as you clean after them. The other roommates are Arjun and Maia, young professionals in their late 20s who are kind, respectful, quiet and clean. Feel free to paint and organize the room as you wish.
