The apartment is bright, airy, and well-maintained with lots of windows (corner unit), central AC and heat, in-unit washer/dryer, lots of plants, and semi-private rooftop access.

Around 1,000 sq ft in a small, quiet 3-unit building. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2 floor walk-up). I am the landlord and the space means a lot to me, I'm looking for someone who will treat it with care.

The bedroom is sunny, has a closet, and features direct balcony access. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

Wi-fi is included in rent - electric and gas not included.

I'm a professional in my 30s working in affordable housing and an artist in my free time. I work from home during the day and keep a tidy home. I share the apartment with my cat and like to host the occasional drinks with friends.
