I am looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my 2bd 1 ba apartment in Williamsburg! On Scholes between Lorimer and Union

About the apartment:
Rent is $1,730
Move in date: Available asap, no later than July 1st.
You would be joining the lease with me that goes until 5/1 2027
No security deposit required. My room is bigger so I cover all utilities.

10 min walk to Lorimer L, 5 minute walk to broadway G, 8 minute walk to JM Lorimer
It is a bright and spacious bedroom, back facing unit! There is a lot of natural light throughout the apartment.
The room could fit a full/queen comfortably plus some furniture
This is a 4th floor walkup (three sets of stairs) - they’re not too bad and my butt has never looked better
There is free! updated! laundry in the building! as well as a small gym.
There is a large outdoor space shared with a few other units. We can also access the roof for a great view.
Good street parking.

We are on the top floor so there is no one above us, its a very quiet apartment!
The common area is smallish so this apartment is ideal for someone who maybe doesn’t want to be a social butterfly everyday.

I am a 32 yr old female originally from Rhode Island but I moved back to Brooklyn 4 years ago.
I am a professional makeup artist- my schedule is always a little different and sporadic but I am usually out during the day.
I like the arts, travel, running, going out with friends and going to the beach.

I am looking for someone drama free, is clean and respectful
I prefer a quiet and cozy atmosphere but also enjoy the occasional night in with friends and food.
Ideally someone who does not work from home.
I am chill, clean and easy to live with, looking for someone the same!
