Living room

My names Leo. I’m looking for two new roommates for my apartment in Williamsburg. I’ve lived here for two years. It is well located near bars, restaurants, and shopping. Ideal location for trains. It’s a block from the G Broadway stop and two blocks from the J/Z/M at Hewes. The L train is also within a 10 minute walk.

The apartment is a walk-up with great amenities! In unit washer and dryer. A dishwasher which works great! There is a shared coat closet for storage. The bathroom is well lit and has a shower with a tub. The shared living room does not have much furniture so you’re welcome to bring your own or I would be looking at acquiring some myself. My friend has great connections for antiques.

Please forgive the clutter in pictures. It is leftover from my roommates move out. Both bedrooms will be empty for your move in.

Smaller Room
The smaller bedroom available can fit a twin bed or a double if you’re strategic. It has a large closet and gets great sunlight.

Larger Room
The larger bedroom is the largest in the apartment also with a large closet. The former roommate had a king size bed and a work from home desk in the room.

About me:
I’m a designer and go into midtown for work everyday. I’m queer and would be excited to have other queer roommates but all are welcome. I like to be social but usually maintain the apartment as a relaxing space. During the week I like to be able to decompress after work. I occasionally will have a few people over on weekends. They are all friendly and welcoming. You are welcome to host friends as well.
