Looking for a woman in her late 20s/early 30s who will sign on for the year lease (1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment).
Sorry, no pets or smoking.
It would start July 1 at $992, and then it's going up to $1280 thereafter. Opportunity to potential move in sooner than July at a prorated rate.
You would share the space with two other women in their mid/late 20s who are kind, respectful, quiet and clean. You must value the same in a home. Bathroom shared with only one other person.
Across the street from laundromat, gym, and many grocery stores. 1 block away from the L train on Grand St, 10 min walk to the G train, and 15 min walk to the J/M train.
The room currently fits a full bed, but that's because theres a desk and wide dresser in there.
Could easilyfit a queen, maybe even king without much other furniture. Good sized built in closet as well.
Some less obvious things we love about this apt: none of the bedroom walls touch, the shower has a tub and glass doors, and the room faces the back not the street. The landlords are responsive and attentive as well!
