Looking for a woman in her late 20s/early 30s for a lease takeover of a 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. Our current roommate is leaving for personal reasons (she’s lovely!) and we are looking for a long term roommate who can commit to at least 8 months here (January 1, 2027 - July 31, 2027), with the opportunity to resign when the lease restarts on August 1, 2027. Please note that there are no sublets or lease takeovers allowed. No smoking or pets.

You would share the space with two other women in their mid/late 20s who are kind, respectful, quiet and clean. You'd share the bathroom with only one other roommate.

Apt is across the street from laundromat, gym, and many grocery stores. 1 block away from the L train on Grand St, 10 min walk to the G train, and 15 min walk to the J/M train.

The room currently fits a full bed, but could easily fit a queen, and has a good sized built in closet.

Some less obvious things we love about this apt: none of the bedroom walls touch, the shower has a tub and glass doors, and the room faces the back not the street. The landlords are responsive and attentive as well!
