Hi!

Hi! I’m a 28F working professional looking for a roommate to join a 2-year lease. I work hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote) and am looking for someone respectful, communicative, and clean who’s comfortable sharing a home together.

I also have a 1-year-old dachshund who is very friendly, house-trained, and not a barker. He loves people and is very easygoing.

The apartment vibe is social but calm — I occasionally host friends for dinners or small get-togethers, but nothing rowdy or party-heavy. I like the shared spaces to stay clean and tidy, and I’m hoping to find someone with similar habits.

Ideally I’m looking for someone willing to sign onto the lease, even if they may not stay the full 2 years. I’m completely open to working with a subletter situation later if plans change.
