I’m looking for someone to split a $4700 3bed/1bath apartment with me, either paying $2350 or $2000 depending on how we split! One of the bedrooms is pretty small and street-facing, so I intend to use it as an office-style space. We can either share that third room and split rent evenly, or you can take one bedroom and pay lower rent!

I applied last night and haven’t been approved yet but I know the owner is considering my application first, so good odds! I should hear back today or tomorrow so I’m looking to find a roommate ASAP.

THE APARTMENT
- Very close to Lorimer/Metropolitan L
- Ground floor but the building is away from the street with landscaping between us & sidewalk
- Dishwasher in-unit, laundry in-building!
- Main bedroom windows are south-facing

THE ROOMMATE (me)
- 27F, come with a cat
- I work hybrid at Columbia University (one day required in-office)
- I’m allergic to my own cat (lol) so I keep my place pretty clean
- I’m happy to be friends or to keep to ourselves!
