Furnished Room in South Williamsburg – June+July

Pricing:
• $2,300.00 for June (includes $500.00 security deposit built into first month, which will be returned)
• $1,220.00 for July (prorated, assuming July 1-21-- see below)
• Utilities average ~$55/month

The apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up on a quiet street, ~5 minutes from the Marcy Ave J/M/Z (1 stop to LES, ~30 min to Midtown) and ~15 minutes to the L at Bedford. Domino Park, grocery stores, cafés, and Citi Bike access are all nearby.

The room is the smaller bedroom but comes fully furnished (full lift-up bed, vanity/side table, closet). The apartment has a shared living room with TV/streaming, a kitchen (including Nespresso), and one shared bathroom. Laundry is nearby (not in-building). I have a small fan and a larger tower fan that I can leave for the summer. Desk and monitor in picture not likely to stay.

You’d be living with one roommate (21F), who is friendly, respectful, 420 friendly, and starting a summer internship. She has a cat, so you must be comfortable with pets. I don't typically allow the cat into my room.

Looking for someone clean, considerate, and respectful of shared space. ~Trusted~ guests are welcome in a thoughtful way.

Start date is flexible, and there is some flexibility on the end date, but the sublet must conclude by July 21.
