Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my room for the summer.

The apartment is a 10-second walk from the Grand St L stop. It’s in East Williamsburg, right near a ton of great bars and about a 10-minute walk to Cooper Park. It is about a minute walk from a new Whole Foods as well.

The room is large, very quiet, and faces away from the street, so you don’t get train or traffic noise. The other bedroom is on the opposite end of the apartment, so it feels pretty private.

It comes furnished with the bed and desk, and there’s a good-sized closet in the room.

The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen, plus one bathroom. Overall it’s a really comfortable setup.

You’d be living with my roommate (26M) who’s chill and easy to live with, and there’s also a friendly cat in the apartment.
