Small upstairs bedroom with a closet and window. Space for a full bed, dresser, and desk. Potential to buy furniture in room.

-About Us:
3 girls. Two in the service industry and a teacher/actor all between 25-32 years old. I have lived in this apartment for 5yrs and love the building, management, neighbors, and neighborhood. We love to have a good time and host people for the occasional themed party or Friday movie night but also enjoy a quiet, peaceful environment during the week (lights off by 11PM!). Clean and organized cozy living space with a family vibe (we hire a monthly cleaner to deep clean).

-About You:
28-32, full time 9 to 5 job (remote or in-person is fine!), cleanliness is a must, social. Sorry, no couples or cats. No smoking - this is not a 4/20 friendly house. Gay men preferred!
