My apartment is located just a 2-minute walk from the Bedford Avenue subway station, right in the heart of Williamsburg. With direct access to Manhattan via the L train or the J & M trains at Marcy Avenue, it takes about 20 minutes to reach Midtown and only 10 minutes to get to Downtown.
I’m offering a large private bedroom in a shared 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. There are currently three people living in the apartment, including myself.
The apartment features a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large terrace. The bedroom is bright and comfortable, furnished with a double bed and storage space.
The building is modern and offers great amenities, including a shared living room, a cinema room and a large furnished rooftop where you can meet people and socialize!
I'm subletting starting the May 3rd until end of August with the possibility to stay more...
