👩 you’ll be sharing the apartment with two female roommates.

- $500 due
- before moving in $680 (for April, can be prorated at $60 /day) + $1650 (for May)

$500 Security Deposit is refunded when you hand the keys on May 30, provided there are no damages and you the place in a clean stat
