Hey guys! , I'm renting out a room in my place a 2 story house of 4 rooms and two bathrooms and a half with a huge backyard and garden in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The house is located a block and a half from the L train (Graham stop) and a fifteen-minute walk to the JMZ subway lines (Lorimer stop) and surrounded by many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and 24hr bodegas.

The space
My house is a dreamy spot located in the heart of Williamsburg , quiet , beautiful, with lots of light indoor and outdoor space , you will fall in love with it.

Guest access
The guest will have access to both bathrooms in the house , the kitchen , the washer and dryer machine , the garden/patio and internet.

DURING YOUR STAY

I’m thrilled on pleasing guest with tips about the hood and the city , also we are all very social and respectful, so you will have your space if you are not interested on socializing but if you feel like a good chat we are very open as well :). Im an artist that has a Studio on the basement of the house , We are 3 on the house all very sociable.

HOUSE RULES

We want your stay to be comfortable, respectful, and easy for everyone in the house. By booking, you agree to the following house rules:

1. Registered guest only
The reservation is only for the person listed in the booking. No additional overnight guests are allowed unless approved in advance.

2. Length of stay
The room is being rented for a one-month stay.

3. Quiet hours
To keep the house peaceful for everyone, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:30 PM and 8:00 AM.

4. Cleanliness and shared responsibility
Guests are expected to keep both their room and all shared areas clean and tidy after use. This includes:
    •    washing and putting away dishes
    •    cleaning up surfaces after cooking
    •    not leaving trash around
    •    keeping the bathroom and kitchen in reasonable condition

5. Shared spaces
Common areas are shared spaces, so please be respectful of other people’s time, privacy, and belongings. Clean up after yourself every time you use them.

6. No parties or events
Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed in the house.

7. No smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house or inside the room.

8. No illegal drugs
The use or storage of illegal drugs on the property is strictly prohibited.

9. Visitors
Occasional visitors must be approved in advance. Repeated or late-night visitors are not allowed unless previously discussed.

10. Kitchen use
Guests may use the kitchen respectfully and must clean up immediately after cooking or eating. Do not leave food out for long periods.

12. Bathroom etiquette
Please keep bathroom use considerate and clean, especially since it may be shared.

13. Trash and supplies
Basic household supplies may be provided, but guests are expected to use them reasonably and avoid waste.

14. Safety
Always lock doors when entering or leaving the house, and do not share keys or access codes with anyone else.

15. Respectful behavior
Respectful and civil behavior is expected at all times. Any aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the stay.

16. Check-out condition
At the end of the stay, the room should be returned in clean condition, with all personal belongings removed.
