I'm relocating to LA for work and handing off my master suite at The Dime to someone who wants to wake up to panoramic Manhattan skyline and Williamsburg Bridge views every morning. Two awesome roommates staying through the end of the lease, just need a third.

The room.
Furnished master suite on the 16th floor with a queen bed, desk, and dresser. Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the skyline with tons of natural light all day. Private en-suite bathroom. Private walk-in closet. Philips Hue smart lighting throughout. This is a real bedroom with a door, not a converted living room with a curtain.

The apartment.
3BR/2BA with floor-to-ceiling windows in the common areas. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heating and cooling with Nest thermostats. Caesarstone countertops, designer appliances.

The building.
The Dime is a 23-story luxury tower built on top of the landmarked 1908 Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh. Designed by Fogarty Finger, 177 units, and it comes with everything:

The neighborhood.
South Williamsburg, near the waterfront and Domino Park. Restaurants, bars, and cafes on every block. Several Michelin-starred spots within walking distance. The Marcy Ave J/M stop is on the same block. The L and G are also a short walk. One stop to Manhattan.

The roommates.
Zack (25) and Spencer (26), both young professionals. Clean, easygoing, social but not chaotic. We'll have friends over for dinner or drinks on weekends but nothing crazy. Looking for someone with a similar energy who keeps shared spaces clean and communicates like an adult.
