The gentlemen leaving is 31, has lived here for 5 years, remains our good friend, and is available for any questions.



There is also full access to the rest of this artsy house: including another 1.25 baths, new washer, new dryer, dishwasher, another 2 large living rooms, a second (massive) kitchen on floor 1, and an amazing fully furnished backyard with some unique features (seasonal jacuzzi, sculptures, ...). 

This intact, Williamsburg row-home is conveniently located between the Grand L (~500 ft!!!) and Graham L stops, and surrounded by amazing bars, restaurants, shops of all types, music venues, and parks.



The house has 3 floors and 4 other bedrooms. We are four guys, in our mid 30s- mid 40s, with various professions (grad school, accounting, publishing, and finance). This house has a relaxed and social atmosphere, which we are hoping to maintain with this new housemate.
