Sublet in Williamsburg loft - Private Rooftop

Hi im Raz, I’m subleasing my room from July 12th through the first week of August. I’m looking for someone to keep my plants alive while I’m gone.

This apartment is huge, massive living room and kitchen with 10ft ceilings and tons of light. Two rooftops with skyline views of manhattan and Brooklyn. Two bathrooms, one upstairs one downstairs. Washer and dryer in unit.

We are located between the Hewes J & M stop and the Lorimer L stop.

Roommates:
A- (m) from LA, works as an actor/film distribution
P- (f) from Paris, joining us till July, working in the city
Q- (m) from Toronto, comp sci grad student at NYU

We’re all very clean, quiet and sociable and expect the same from subletters. We will cook dinner together from time to time, play board games or do our own thing.
