Sunny Williamsburg Home

Sunny cozy home right off of the Lorimer (L) & Metropolitan Ave (G) stop. 5 mins walking distance (2.5 blocks away).

Due to health issues I need to give up my lease and leave New York. I am looking for a clean and respectful female to stay in a cozy beautiful home. The room comes with AC and a ceiling + gas heating. Huge closet space and storage above and spacious room for New York. And huge windows too!

The home has a dishwasher and is fully equipped if you like to cook. Living space not pictured but we have a TV room too. My roommate has two cats who stay half here and half at another home.

Only downside of our home is we don't have a washer/dryer and there is no buzzer but there is a nice laundromat two blocks away and I've never had an issue with.

It is on the third floor (2 flights of stairs) of a 2 family building. The landlord and their family lives on the first and second floor and we are on the third. Size of house listed is an estimate - there are technically 3 bedrooms and 1 is converted to a TV room.

As a result of leaving, I am selling furniture at a discounted price too which can save the hassle of purchasing your own. Esp. Bed - mattress has always has had a mattress cover and never had any accidents and is a smoke-free home.

Location is incredible. I love love living here especially for the location. In the quiet part of Williamsburg.

Ideally lease starts on the 1st of each month but I am hoping someone can come in sooner and cover the two weeks. The lease ends in May and you have an option to renew then. Landlord is incredibly kind.

My roommate (late twenties) and I love to cook and have early nights. We are not too keen on partying or being out too late so someone who can fit that would be great! Looking for someone in their mid to late twenties to early thirties.
