Bright Room w/ Private Bath in Williamsburg

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be moving with a friend at the start of the year. The lease is ongoing and you’ll be joining a true 2BR/2BA apartment, you’ll have your own private bathroom.
Move-in from Jan 1st (but can even be as early as Dec 21st!).
Note that it’s a Rent Stabilised apartment!

The Apartment
It’s a modern 2 bed / 2 bath unit in a luxury building in prime Williamsburg. The living room is bright and comfortable, with access to a shared balcony that faces the Manhattan skyline. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there’s an in-unit washer and dryer in its own closet.
Your bedroom has a direct view of Manhattan right from the window. The room fits a full/queen comfortably and can come furnished or unfurnished (happy to leave most of my things if that helps). You’ll also have your own private bathroom (bath tub), not shared.
You’ll be living with one roommate. Very quiet, friendly, respectful, and genuinely easy to live with. He keeps the place clean and is traveling often.

Costs / Timing
• Rent is $2,900 per month
• Move-in from January 1st (if needed, you can even move as early as December 21st!)
• Long-term stay preferred
• Furnished or unfurnished, I can be flexible
