Hey! My roommate’s moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our bright, cozy 2BR/1BA right by Domino Park. It’s been an awesome home base — close to water, great light, and plenty to do around the area.

* 5 mins to Marcy Ave J/M/Z, 12 mins to Bedford L
* Unfurnished bedroom (roommate’s taking her furniture)
* Central AC/heat
* Rooftop access
* Pet-friendly (I have a lazy black-and-white cat named Haku — happy to send pics on request!)
* I’m likely to move out in April — you’re welcome to takeover the lease then, or just sublet the room from January to March.

I’m 25M, work in the city four days a week, and like to keep things clean and easygoing at home. I’m usually out climbing, reading in the park, or trying new restaurants and bars!
