1sunny BR in huge 3BR+outdoors - Wburg waterfront

Hi all!
We're looking to sublet the biggest room in our duplex 3bed/1ba waterfront williamsburg apartment with a lovely shared outdoor space for the month of Dec onward! The room is also empty now, so is possible to move in earlier!

ROOM DETAILS
- 1 furnished room available in a 3bed/1bath apartment (queen bed, desk, closet)
- Shared bathroom with 2 roommates
- $2250 per month including all utilities
- available starting Dec and month to month onward! We ask for 1 mo min stay and 1 mo warning if you plan on moving :)
- Good faith security deposit of $300 if you choose to move in! Will count it towards total cost of first mo rent

APARTMENT
- 3 bed/1 ba apartment duplex
- Prime Williamsburg location (on the waterfront a block from martha p johnson park- truly obsessed; can have beach-side morning coffees while overlooking manhattan)
- Whole foods/trader joes/schmorgasburg right next door
- Quiet street off Bedford Ave with 2 courtyards on either side, but still in buzzing heart of neighborhood
- 1 min walk to Bedford L station
- shared courtyard that acts as an outdoor living room for us 🙂 Everybody in the broader apartment complex (6 apartments total) is also great! Superrr great place to hang/host friends in the summer :)
- cats/dogs allowed
- Furnished shared space

ROOMATES
- 1 dude in his late 20s - Tim 🙂. He's a software engineer/math PhD; happy to chat about climbing, life, etc. He's in the upstairs room, as is the room we're trying to fill.
- Me! A lady postdoc in neuroscience in mid 30s. I or a friend will be in the big downstairs space (2nd living room + separate bedroom) about 50% of the time, otherwise we'll be back in London/SF/Atlanta/Boston! (A small group of us split the cost of the basement floor so we can retain access to NYC even though we don't live there. Everyone is either in software engineering/academia/art).
- Which leads to a unique feature of this apartment: when we're not there, the downstairs space doubles the size of the apartment - adding 2 beds and an additional living room, which you're welcome to use / book out for your people if they're visiting - making this really an ungodly level of spacious for NYC 😛.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Anybody who wants to check out our favorite NYC neighborhood :). Bonus points if you're interested in hanging for awhile.
- We've built up a really dope community of people around this apartment which we call The Viberary, so would be awesome to find someone who is similarly community-minded and wants to get to know the crew! Basically an excellent way to meet new friends :).
