Hello. This apartment is in a great location on Grand and Lorimer in Williamsburg. It’s a 2bed 1bath and very spacious. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The downstairs backyard is fully decked out and super nice. The rooms are huge as you can see in the photos. That is a queen size bed for reference. Nice spacious closet. Everything in the room is either free or can be cheaply sold. Aka the bed and chair. Everything else can be free including the TVs, dresser, etc. We moved in recently which is why the living room isn’t fully setup yet.

Eddie is the roommate who will be living there. He’s super easy going, quiet, clean and respectful. He’s also very productive with the up keeping of the apartment. He is rarely home as well. For work, he’s a social worker therapist by day and boxing coach by night.
