Williamsburg- Bright Bedroom Available June 1St

Hi!

We are looking for someone to move into a room in our four bedroom apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for a June 1st start date.

The room fits a full size bed, dresser, small desk, and has south facing windows with tons of natural light.

The apartment is a 4 bed 1 bath shared with 3 other women, all late 20s/early 30s. We’re all friendly, respectful, and keep things clean and mostly to ourselves. Our schedules vary so there is very little overlap when it comes to sharing a bathroom between us.

We are looking for a quiet and clean person in their late 20s/early 30s, doesn’t bring the party home, and pitches in for shared expenses/tasks. Preference for someone who works in office. No pets. No smoking.

Location:
Near the J, M, Z and L trains. A 7 min walk to Domino part and the waterfront, walkable to Trader Joe’s and WholeFoods, and citi bike stations.

Rent: $1540 + utilities (con Edison, Internet, national grid)
Deposit: $1540 due with first months rent upon signing
Shared expenses: delivery subscriptions for paper products, and a monthly cleaning service
