Our roommate just moved across the country, so we’re looking for someone to take over her room. The room is available now and can come furnished or unfurnished. The lease runs until end of May with the option to renew.

The room fits a full-size bed, dresser, and small desk, and has south-facing windows with plenty of natural light. Room has a large closet.

The apartment is a 4 bed / 1 bath, shared with three other women. We’re all friendly, respectful, and keep things clean and mostly to ourselves. The single bathroom setup surprisingly works great since our schedules don’t overlap much.

Location:
Near the L, J, Z, and M trains. Just a 7-minute walk to Domino Park and the waterfront, and walkable to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and multiple Citi Bike stations. The Williamsburg Bridge bike path entrance is right nearby too.

Rent: $1,480/month + utilities
Deposit: $1,480 (due with first month’s rent upon signing the sublet agreement)
