Hello! My roommate’s moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in our cozy, sunny 2BR/1BA apartment.

* Unfurnished bedroom (roommate is taking her stuff)

* Rooftop access with great views
* Pet-friendly (I have a lazy black-and-white cat named Haku)

I’m 25M, work in the city four days a week, and like to keep things clean and easygoing at home. I’m usually out climbing, reading in the park, or trying new restaurants and bars!
