ISO 3rd Roommate in Willamsburg!

Our 3rd roommate dropped super last min, so we’re looking for someone interested in taking the last room in a beautiful apartment 3 min from the Bedford L. Fyi this is an off-market lease takeover, but the landlord is drawing up a new 12.5 month lease that starts 11/15. Application needs to be in in the next few days!

Some perks: super high ceilings, faces west toward the sunset, dishwasher, laundry just down the hall, roof

Your room: the room you would *probably* take will be $2000-2100. It's the only room upstairs (2nd video), so you'll have lots of privacy. The current tenants are leaving their custom fit blackout blinds. You also have the option to buy the current furniture if you want.

Abby - I’m 22 (graduated from UPenn in May) and work in sustainable product development in Midtown. I’m super outgoing and love long walks, checking out art/music scenes, trying new restaurants, and going out (house/techno!). I’m an artist so will have lots of fun projects and things to contribute to our space :))

Gi - I’m 22 (graduated from Connecticut College in May) and just started a job as a software engineer. I love cooking, music, going out, trying new places, and running. I’d love to cultivate a cozy and welcoming space.
