-Laundromat one block away.
-Quiet building, only one apartment per floor ( were on top floor)
-Looking for 1 roommate only, no pets.

I'm looking for someone (mid/ late 20’s-30’s) who is a good fit in terms of cleanliness and consideration. I maintain the apartment as a clean, quiet oasis/hideaway from the bustling city life. Looking for someone who doesn’t “bring the party home”. The cleaning arrangement is an alternating schedule. I'm looking for someone who will also leave rooms and things tidy, pitch in with cleaning supplies, empty the trash regularly... If you think this, is you, we might be a good fit.
I am friendly and considerate and respectful. I'll be up for having a drink or whatever now and then but will totally respect your privacy and down time and expect the same.
