ℹ️ It is a new building with an elevator, in building laundry, and furnished roof. Each floor has its own trash chute and this apartment specifically doesn’t share walls with any units/has its own balcony. Apartment is south facing and has windows in every room.

We would be willing to sell some furniture including a standing desk, monitor, office chair, couch, and bed frame.
