Williamsburg 3BR: sublease -> lease takeover

Hello hello! We’re looking for a third roommate to sublease a room in our Williamsburg 3BR. Ideally looking for a Nov. 1 move-in, but we can be flexible for early/mid-November. The lease runs through May 31, 2027, at which point the other two roommates will be moving out and you can take over the lease.

The room is big and bright, with a full-length balcony door, full closet, built-in AC, and balcony. The apartment is a 3BR, 1.5 BA. Features a large common area, with a big couch, dining table, kitchen island, and dishwasher.

The building was constructed in 2018, and features quiet tenants, quick access to the L/G/Citi Bike, and a short walk to the J/Z/M. Laundry and bike storage in the basement, and street parking is easy enough.

You’d be living with two early-30s guys who work 9–5. We’re social, active, and tidy, and looking for someone who’s considerate and down to socialize occasionally. We’re into golf, ski trips, football, TV/movies, and grabbing drinks together. We appreciate things being relatively quiet on weeknights, but definitely enjoy having people over and hanging out on weekends.
