We are two early 30s professional males looking for a 3rd roommate in our great 2nd-floor walk-up apartment in the Williamsburg (Roebling and Grand corner). Total apartment size is ~2000 sq ft with 10 ft ceilings and lots of natural light. Flexible on rental term and corresponding rent/security deposit.

Short walk to Bedford L stop, close to WB bridge.

Bedroom Specs:
- The available bedroom is 14' x 14' with a walk in closet (closet is 6' x 5')
- Bedroom has a door to a small alley porch
- Currently furnished with Queen bed-frame, side tables, and lamps (would just need mattress, and desk if needed)

Apartment Amenities:
- Amazing kitchen with Viking stove, Breville espresso machine, dishwasher, and great kitchen equipment
- Fully furnished living and dining area
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Rooftop patio area with great views of NYC skyline
- Basement storage locker
- Freight elevator for moving
- Incredible coffee shop on the first floor

Other Notes:
- Bathroom is shared (but we are not bathroom hogs at all)
- Both current roommates are very clean and tidy
- Utilities not included but reasonable (est. $100-$200 per month for electric/gas/internet)
