Steps from Lorimer L; private bed/bath in 2bd!

Hi! My best friend is moving to Philly, but I wanted to stay in this apartment — I absolutely love it. The building is really well maintained and just steps from the L train (it takes less than 10 minutes to get to Union Square). It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit on the 2nd floor, and gets tons of light. We're located in a great part of Williamsburg full of great restaurants, bars, and galleries. W/D are in-unite, plus there is A/C and controllable heat. Plus, it’s just a short walk to McCarren Park. There's a gym/roof deck which are both great and the management is super prompt whenever something needs to be fixed.

You’d have the option to buy my roommate’s furniture (bed, desk, etc.) for very cheap, or move in unfurnished — we slightly prefer the former, but totally flexible depending on your needs.

A bit about me, I work in tech and am super easy going/clean. I do work from home 3 days a week but will also travel for long periods of time. I enjoy music, good movies, and good wine. I occasionally have friends over but would give a heads up, and generally do not want the party to be brought back to the house. Also LGBTQ friendly/ don't really care what gender my roommate is, as long as they're respectful. I've lived in NYC since graduation (for 8 years) and grew up in Albany.
