Hi! Reposting as we had a roommate change plans last minute! We’re looking to sublet the third bedroom in our Williamsburg apartment. Its a 3bedroom/1bath with a move-in day of 5/1/26. We split rent evenly which comes to to total of $1500 each + $70 ish a month for utilities. Would prefer you stay at least 6 months but I'm flexible!

Looking for girlies in their early to mid twenties that are active kind, down to earth, would prefer if you had a hybrid or in office schedule!

The location is right above Lindustry pizza (between Havemeyer and S 2nd)
